How should I store my loose leaf tea to keep it fresh?
To maintain optimal flavor and aroma, store your tea in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, moisture, and strong odors. Our airtight tins are designed specifically for this purpose.
Is your honey raw and unfiltered?
Yes, all Saratoga Tea & Honey Co. honeys are raw, meaning they are never high-pressure filtered or flash-heated. This preserves the natural enzymes, pollen, and unique floral notes.
What is your shipping policy for fragile glass jars?
We take extreme care in packaging our honey jars and tea accessories. We use eco-friendly, protective materials to ensure your order arrives safely. If anything arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.
Can I return tea or honey products if I don't like the flavor?
Due to the food-based nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea or honey for safety reasons. However, if there is a quality issue, please reach out to our team so we can make it right.
How do I know the caffeine content of a specific tea?
Each product page includes a caffeine scale ranging from caffeine-free (herbal) to high caffeine (black and matcha). You can also filter our collection by caffeine level to find your perfect cup.
